Network with the Region's Best Grant Writers

Founded in 2008, the Grant Professionals of Lower Hudson is a membership association whose members include grant writers working for nonprofit organizations, grant writing consultants, and other fundraising professionals who are passionate about grant writing and who want to stay connected to the ever-changing fundraising world.  The association exists to improve the profession of grant writing, including grant researching, grant writing, grant tracking, grant follow-up and more.

Through the services we offer, the Grant Professionals of Lower Hudson hopes to do the following:

  • Increase members' knowledge of grant writing terminology, techniques, resources and educational opportunities, and of the grant writing industry
  • Help nonprofit organizations seeking grant writers find qualified grant professionals
  • Improve the likelihood of our members' grants of being funded
  • Promote the businesses of our grant writing consultants
  • Encourage our members to practice their profession with the highest ethical standards - - integrity, honesty and truthfulness
