Grant Professionals of Lower Hudson
What is a site visit? How can you make yours memorable and impactful, and prepare everyone involved?
A site visit is when a funder or a potential funder makes a visit to the organization that’s requesting or has received a grant from them. It’s an opportunity for the funder to gather more information about the organization, ask questions, gain new insights, and see the organization in action. Whether you are on the organization side, or the funder side, being prepared is the best way to make a site visit successful.
In this webinar, you will learn about site monitoring and compliance best practices and tactics. Funders and nonprofits will learn strategies to determine data that can be effectively communicated back to stakeholders and demonstrate programmatic strength. The session will focus on the key importance of outcome-based communication and fostering community relationships.
