About Amanda Paveglio: Amanda is the Manager of Grant Services for Lancaster-Lebanon IU13, an education service agency based in Lancaster, PA where she has worked for 11 years. In her current role she leads enterprise-wide grant activities, guides teams in developing grant proposals, and seeks out grant opportunities. She views her role as part researcher, part writer, part systems engineer, and part communications coach.

Over the past 16 years, Amanda has worked in the non-profit, for-profit, higher-education, and K-12 education sectors. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Music History from the College of Wooster and a Master’s in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She describes herself as an unrepentant nerd and music geek. Her influences include Bear McCreary, Stephen King, Vu Le, Randall Munroe, Weird Al Yankovic, Gene Roddenberry, and her parents.
