Pernell Brice, III, MPA. Vice President, Policy and Advocacy, Children's Health Fund (CHF.) Pernell Brice oversees CHF’s public policy, government affairs, and advocacy agendas. Through coordination and collaboration, Pernell directs CHF’s relationship with advocacy groups, health provider organizations, and public and private entities. He is focused on elevating and expanding access to healthcare at the local, state, and federal levels.
Pernell has had a 20+ year career in the philanthropic and research consulting arenas leading public/private ventures impacting communities regionally and across the country. He began his career in politics as an opposition researcher for President Clinton, followed by experiences as a staffer for former New Jersey United States Senator Robert Torricelli and a lobbyist for Manatt, Phelps, Phelps & Phillips. He studied at Duke University and the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Center of Government.
