Charlisa Garg, CFRE, brings over 17 years of corporate and foundation relations experience to the nonprofit sector, having facilitated more than $127 million for leading organizations including NYU Langone Health, Teachers College at Columbia University, West Point Association of Graduates, the National MS Society, Planned Parenthood, and WestCOP. As Director of Foundation Relations at NYU Langone Health, she has secured transformative six- and seven-figure grants from national and local foundation partners, including the institution's first-ever W.M. Keck Foundation award.

Charlisa's deep expertise spans the full grants lifecycle—from prospect research and proposal development to donor stewardship and reporting. She has worked across various sectors including healthcare, education, and youth services, building strategic relationships with foundation partners and crafting compelling narratives that connect institutional priorities with funder interests. As Principal Coach and Consultant at Middle Branch Consulting since 2008, she has helped numerous nonprofit clients navigate complex funding landscapes, overcome leadership challenges, and build sustainable grants programs.
