MENTORING PROGRAM

Grant Professionals of Lower Hudson offers a Mentoring Program for early career professionals and nonprofit leaders seeking to polish and deepen their grant writing and management skills.

GPLH links mentees up with an experienced grant writer who can provide real time guidance, give feedback on draft proposals, and serve as a sounding board for grant-related questions. Mentors may also be able to provide references or notify the mentee about paid position openings. Prospective mentees should already be working in grants or in a nonprofit leadership capacity at the time of their mentorship.

Being a mentor can be a rich and rewarding experience. If you are a consultant or in-house grant writer interested in sharing your knowledge and experiences, please consider becoming a mentor. The level of time commitment is flexible and is at the discretion of the mentor and mentee.

Read personal testimonials from two recent mentees.

For more information about being a mentor or receiving mentoring, contact us: info.gplh@gmail.com
